New Video - Live At The Shop

Thanks to Fabian from Boyce Avenue and filmmaker Joey Durango we have a fun new cover mashup (Mark Ronson ft. Bruno Mars' "Uptown Funk" mixed with Herbie Hancock's "Chameleon). I'm looping, playing upright bass and guitar, singing and beatboxing, James Dabone (of Ari and the Alibis) on Trombone and John Patti (International Steel Pan Artist and regular feature on Sirius/XM Radio) on Steel Pan and Percussion. Check out all the tunes on this channel; the guys from Boyce Avenue team are crazy talented, and super generous to produce cool videos like this. Check it out!

"Friction" full length albums and mp3s on Itunes!

Recorded deep in the Florida jungle, I'm very excited to share my new album with the world! "Friction" is a little darker, a little grittier, and ranges a little further across the spectrum. Drawn together with co-producer and keyboard player Matt Frost, the CD also features a host of excellent musicians along with myself on upright bass and a touch of theremin in addition to my looped acoustic guitar and vocals / beatboxing.

This album may appear a slight departure from the acoustic-pop of my first studio album "[Reasonably] Honest", but still holds true to this generous quote from the Sarasota Herald Tribune: "one minute he's singer-songwriter smooth, the next breaking into rap-jazzy scats, skillfully co-merging genres within songs."

To purchase the album you can order physical copies on CDBaby, mp3s on iTunes or Amazon, and of course the best option is at any live show. [+READ PRESS RELEASE PDF]
